Today I purchased some things in your store and had a wonderful experience on Gratiot 32295 Gratiot Ave. in Roseville. The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasnât about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much. My wife went in for a make over and all the make over artist were very judgmental. I know my wife is no Kardashian But isnt that the reason that customers come in is for you to make them feel like a million bucks so they buy your products. If this is Ultas standards then they have alot of work to do. Need to work on customer service. We wanted to get my wife's hair touched up and done there as well. $57 to $77 for a hair cut and $77 to $97 for a die. My wife called hair cuttery and they charged her $28 for hair cut and $67 for a touch up die.
Lily Bilodeau is the worst by far. Liar. Boastful. Her statement about experienced hair stylist and over 20 years doing it is beyond laughable. And when tell her that the color is uneven she would get upset. When pinpoint to her the color you want she would contradict it, I get it, she doesnât know how to do the color the customer want, for example you tell her you want light brown with ashy highlight she would then color your hair the color she want. And when you pinpoint to her that thatâs not the color you wanted she will then get upset or make story up. What a disgraceful person. Never let this person touch your hair. Period.
