Lost almost 300$ in orders that were not delivered . Always incorrect or stolen food. NEVER refunded for anything. Easier to sue at this point. Beware
Why are the fees so much?
They make all the prices 20% more expensive in this app. That is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Uber is greedy.

That you bust your butt … and beat the heck out of your car for $10 an hour? I have a 30k car and this app makes you wait! At restaurants for 15+ mins for a $3 trip and pray that the customer still gives you a tip when you show up late?….. or when everything goes great and your CUSTOMER chooses to give you a $1 tip when they change it?!… Uber IS HONEST THO… They explain they are a “technology company” and not anything else… the average delivery pays $2 …. Trust me… you rely on ppls tips… and when they continuously move the expected delivery time up, according to where you are… You can NEVER, exceed customer expectations… AND you will only beat the heck out of your car for a MAX of $15 an hour… it’s a rip off!!!! And if you ever have a car repair!!!…… wellllllllll…. It will set you back MONTHS!!!!!…BEWARE
Garbage app, support refuses to assist when your order is incorrect. Deleting and switching to DoorDash
They charged me for food I didn’t eat and then and I asked for a refund it asked my to pay again…… I deleted the so fast and this was the first and last time this will happen I’m just disappointed at them

Why do I keep getting this notification? No drivers seem to have any difficulty finding my home, so why do you keep sending it?
Never had an uber eats account. Got an email advertising 30 dollars off for new members. Apparently my number was attached to an account. I assume maybe I made one in the past and didn’t remember. Used my grandmother’s number who can barely understand how to text. That number is linked to an account? Really? They don’t want to cough up the 30 dollars they advertise so they pretend every number you put is taken. If you couldn’t do the promo, why send 50 emails about it an hour?
Uber Eats relentlessly pushes spam notifications that can't be turned off within the app. And turning off notifications prevents messages from drivers. Huge L and should be considered a violation.
Every time I order I don’t receive my food until an hours later.. no joke! I time it every time. They use to be so good :(
My Apple Pay would not work with the App.
I am usually satisfied. Except once or twice when my food order was left on the ground and another time on a bench. I live in a 55 complex and have specific instructions. I want my food to be put in my hand. I don’t even ask that come up in the elevator. Uber has good worker otherwise.
The amount and taxes that you had to pay for food is absolutely ridiculous and then of that money goes to the Uber delivery people.

Food was cold cuz the drivers app glitched. Still made it seem like it was my fault somehow and offered me no compensation due to their own faulty system. Wanted me to take pictures like what? I’m standing there in the rain no knowing if the food is even gonna show up. Someone from Uber had to ask me my address over a sketchy phone call. My driver looked like on drugs. Ruined my night. Download DoorDash. So much better.
I ordered food today and the driver dropped off the wrong order to the wrong person, they got the orders mixed up, I hate this app, I'm not one to get annoyed easily but this is so annoying, how does the driver pick up the wrong order?
If the driver they hired gives you the wrong order, plan on not eating and losing your money that night because they will not refund or remake or credit a meal on any order even though there was a mistake made on their end. Best to just pick up your order in restaurant/store.
It all started when I ordered two things from Starbucks and I waited for my driver to come to my house and when they did, they told me that they didn’t have my order even though it was the exact location and that they gave me a gift card with four dollars on it I reported the issue on the app and I ended up getting my money back from the Starbucks order and they put it in Uber cash. After that I wanted to use the Uber cash on McDonald’s I’ll put my order in and went through four different drivers. The last driver contacted me and told me that the McDonald’s worker said that the food that I ordered was discontinued and that I should cancel. I looked up how to cancel the order and they said that I would still have to pay a fee so since I didn’t want that, I’ll try to reach out to one of the agents. The agent said that it’s part of the policy and that since the McDonald’s already excepted the order I wouldn’t be able to get my money back. I should be able to get my money back when they messed up on my order, and the drivers should have told me before hand before leaving and switching to another driver. It’s not like they tell you on the app if the food is discontinued or not if it’s discontinued, it shouldn’t be on the app. Long story short I’m never using this app again and I don’t think you should either.
I’m not racist at all. But if your drivers can’t speak English you should have a built in translator on the app so people can get they order.
I tried to use the fist time order $25 promotion. I tried to use it when I placed an order at one restaurant, it didn’t work. I tried with another restaurant thinking that the first restaurant doesn’t take it, but it didn’t work with the latter restaurant either. I did not order any alcohol. I ended up paying the regular price.
I’m cancelling the membership after this.
After waiting hungrily for 1 hour. My order was cancelled for no reason. Uber does not provide a proper explanation why it’s canceled even after I spoke with 3 customer service representatives.
They just keep repeating “you were not charged for this. So that’s it. We can’t help you if you were not charged”
What? Of course I shouldn’t be charged, I didn’t get anything other than wasting 1 hour just because some delivery person does not want to do the job for no reason.
Uber did not bother to find another person to deliver my order. And Uber did not bother to give explanation or apologize.
This is ridiculous. They are not punishing the delivery person who failed to do the job. Instead, they punish the customers who did nothing but waiting for 1 hour for nothing.

The app is fine, except that I would like to have a place where I can say something like double the tomatoes and hold the chicken and there’s no place like that in the app at all.
Too many extra fees on everything. A 30 dollar order always turns to a 50.00 order.
