    I purchased the “remote control” service, but the engine start button has not appeared in the app, it has not been there for the fourth day. The app strongly recommends sharing my car access with other drivers, but what if I don't want to share?! How do I get the engine start button? Why can't I write to support?     It used to have a vehicle health page where you could see information like tire pressure. Now it’s only an app for buying subscriptions.

  • No Option for Navigation?!

    How can you just remove the app suite in this app with no other option? GPS and maps in vehicles are standard and now there is no way to connect to have basic functionality that newer cars have. This app is basically good for locking and unlocking...if you pay. That is about it. These decisions make you less competitive and a major decision when purchasing my next vehicles.

  • App never works

    Would give no stars if possible. The app never loads or works. I have done all of the updates, offloading, and reinstalling I can. Absolute waste of money each month. Canceling my plan.

    I purchased the remote start, I’m actually paying for it and most day I can’t even use because it does load , it won’t connect, and just simply won’t work. I’ve submitted feedback and nothing.

  • Not Good

    Not sure why I pay money for this service that only works 50% of the time. Any new iOS release will break the app and takes months and months to fix. Apple releases beta versions for developers for a reason, I would suggest hoping on that so this won’t happen. 3 years in a row this has happened. Will definitely not be renewing. Lost a customer.

    This app is horrible. It takes forever to load and it doesn’t even load correctly. You pay for the service and the app is so bad.

  • Issues connecting to my car

    Lately the app has been having issues loading and connecting to my car for remote start, it constantly has the blank screen and when it does load it shows no data found for vehicle status(especially if I want to make sure my doors are locked) and it has a request time out when trying to start/lock/unlock.

    Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn’t. I just downloaded the most recent update and now my car won’t connect to the app and I can’t remote start, even though I’ve paid over $120 to have that function. Overall incredibly frustrating. I may have gone with another vehicle if I had known it was going to be this much of a headache.
