    Air pressure will not update. Also, had car serviced and mileage for future oil change doesn’t update. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Very disappointed ☹️

  • Unhappy with all

    I am very disappointed that you have to purchase an OnStar service to be able to use the MyCadillac app to remote start, lock and unlock your vehicle. Other vehicle makes include their app with the purchase of the vehicle.

  • Unresponsive app

    I have had my lyriq for 2 weeks now and the app is terrible. Never updates, can’t check the charge, unlocking, locking, starting is unresponsive. Thankfully I love the car but this app is unacceptable. Honestly need to get it together.

  • WiFi won’t connect to Ultium Charger

    I tried everything to connect myCadillac app to my Ultium Level 2 charger via WiFi, the weird thing is doing the PowUp app it will connect to WiFi. I tried removing the the charger from the list and reinstalled it. I have a netgear orbi mesh system. If there is a fix out there can someone give a recommendation of what to try. TIA
