Reviewing the Homa Hotel in Mashhad

This is a very nicely designed hotel that is located in a relatively quiet district in Mashhad. It is also very convenient for shopping as it is close to Sajjad Blvd and Janbazan Square. It has a pool and sauna and some interesting shops. I loved the lobby which is very spacious, as well as the rooms. This is a very nice and convenient hotel to stay as a family with kids.

I was stay one night in hotel and i has very good feelling .this hotel have a big rooms and have beautiful garden for wallking that is pleasent environment.i hope I stay again in this hotel and another homa hotels in Iran.

Hi, This hotel is in the best location in terms of location in the best climate zone. Superb budget - Very large cabins - Extensive renovated rooms with shower and bath cabin It has green space for strolling as well as a space for children to play next to the building hotel.

this hotel is the best of hoteles in mashhad ,rooms,food,comfort,facilities,There was a good choice for breakfast and the food was yummy and location hotel is the best location of joineryfor buy and circuit.

This is a very nice hotel. Lovely public areas and great rooms: spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and big bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a pull-out washing line over the bath. There was a good choice for breakfast and the food was good. Great coffee too. This was the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Iran. Staff were very friendly too. Thank you.

Ex Hyyat hotel in Mashhad city, all room were recently renovated and was just great with five stars facilities and design. Stayed in a double bedroom on the fifth level with view of garden. Professional and friendly staff. good breakfast but not enough for a five stars hotel,Unfortunately no fresh fruit drink in breakfast items as a five stars hotel must have at leat one fresh fruit drink in breakfast buffet. Also had lunch there, the chefs special plate is highly recommended

This hotel did not qualify as a five star hotel Breakfast was not exciting It has good facilities, but it does not use these features we’ll 😞😑🤔 the hotel's garden are in the best season of the year without use I had gone to this hotel before, and had no previous happiness

I was in this hotel for 4 times and it was our choice for our honeymoon ☺️ we have great time in homa hotel . The breakfast is great and varied. Having the large rooms are one of the advantage of this hotel. Every year we are in homa hotel for my husband brithday party .

I stayed for 3 days in Homa Hotel.It was Comfortable with friendly staff.That's all. I also loved the breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there. I recommend it to others too. It's located in a quiet street in one of the best streets of Mashhad (Khayam st.)which is near to shopping malls and some good restaurants.

Very nice place to stay at in Mashhad, very cooperative, friendly and accommodating hotel staff, nice and clean large rooms, very well lite, airy and impeccable furniture and linen; communication in English is not a problem, though not very excellent.

It's supposed to be a five star hotel but unfortunately the hotel is unduly highly rated. The rooms are hardly clean and at the time we visited the AC wasn't working and we had a hard time sleeping because of the heat and the noise from the next door room! The staff were quite unfriendly and at check out we had to wait for around 20 minutes so that they could check the room! Altogether an unpleasant experience!

I was looking for good quality hotels for my next tour in Mashhad and I visited Homa 2 hotel. Friendly staff with too expensive rooms. The price is for 5 star hotel but the quality of rooms and the hotel itsrlf are not match with 5 star.

All facilities a family may expect from a hotel is available in this hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is wonderful. Location is close to new Shopping malls in Khayyam Blvd. an most of touristic places you may like to visit but if your main reason of travel is to vist Holly shrine I have to say that it is not the best suggestion. It takes at least 20 minutes time to reach the holly shrine in city center by your car or taxi.

This hotel is although one of the HOma groups hotels it is not similar others from aspect of service and clean room and value. I stayed for four nights but I am not satisfied about my choice. The hotel needs really reconstruction.

It is one of the best luxury hotels in Mashhad, I suggest it to all foreign passengers because they can find the Lux and traditional stores, foods and culture in this hotel. I spent a lot of my time in the coffee shop of the hotel because I love the environment of it.

i prefer to stay at Homa 2 for many reasons when i go to Mashhad . first of all is the location of the hotel , not close to religious area so is not too crowded . near to modern part pf the city Sajad boulevard which is the best part of city for living , shopping ,... good access to main roads to different parts of the city . polite and helpful staff . large rooms with classical style , reasonable rates ( really worth to what you pay ) . generally highly recommended to anyone who like such a hotel that i explained above. acceptable range of selection for breakfast , well cleaning , on time room services are other advantages for this hotel .

Although this hotel is not considered to be a fancy place, I enjoyed my stay and will certainly return on my next visit to Mashhad. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The lobby had a decent coffee shop to hang out in. The hotel was located close to a famous avenue for strolling and shopping. The staff was professional.

We arrived at the eastern end of Iran and the new Homa 2 Hotel – much better than the Laleh Park Hotel in Tehran. This hotel is luxury business style. It is not located near religious or tourist sites so you will need transport to get there. The quality of the rooms, service and reception and dining were excellent. This hotel is a newer one than the the other Homa hotel in Mashhad (there are two).

The atmosphere is excellent and beautiful lobby ,very clean and comfort. My room was huge with extra bed and good air conditioners, comfortable bed but only hard pillow i prefer soft pillow but good bathroom and big tub with excellent service , they wellcomed me with fresh fruit in my room and the breakfast good as well as room and other facilities. Staff very polite and helpfull, ireally enjojed my stay at Homa and if the price is not important for you i recomend it but the location is far from the city center but the taxi is not so expensive in Mashhad.

The Homa Hotel offered the largest room we stayed in during 3 weeks in Iran: bed, sitting area, large bathroom, lots of space. Buffet breakfast off the lobby had many choices; dinner in an outdoor restaurant beside the hotel had delicious kebab in a pleasant garden. Prompt laundry a plus.
