  • Loved it to begin but not now…

    The app does not stay connected to Amazon anymore. Even when it is connected, it’s endlessly telling me it’s waiting for details, what’s the point? Great idea, not such great execution…

    • Returns to sender

      My most recent packages have all been returned to sender because the shop app does not add “apt” next to the apartment number in the address when it clearly gives you the option when adding the shipping address. Wish I could give zero stars for that.

    • amazon account frequently disconnects

      I’ve tried connecting support about my problem, but no response. everytime I open the shop app my amazon account get disconnected and I have to reconnect. it gets frustrating.

    • Great app. Could be perfect but…

      Lately it has been disconnecting from my Amazon account every few hours. It’s extremely frustrating so I disconnected it from Amazon updates entirely and just use the app to track other emails. Would be a 5 if they fixed the Amazon connection issue.

    • Forced to use Shop app to track an it

      I had no choice but to download the app to track my order, however, the order could only track the receipt. I took off this app. This app is nothing more than an advertisement app. It’s function are not useful. I give it a two star on this rating but it’s actually a one star because I don’t want the one star to be an outlier. I don’t recommend this app.

    • Logged Out Over and Over and Over and Over

      Every single time I log into the app, I am logged out of my Amazon account. If this continues, I’m deleting the app and telling everyone I know to stay away from this app. This is ridiculous. Never used to happen with the old versions of this app.

      Great concept, but doesn’t connect to Amazon and routinely pulls incorrect tracking information. I’ll track the old fashioned way from now on and save the space on my phone.

    • I like knowing where my packages are, but!

      There is a major bug that’s needs to get fixed! It’s pretty sad every time I open the app, I have to constantly re-sign in to my Amazon account to track my packages. My husband is close to deleting the app because of this bug, if not already deleted it.
      In the last 5 days, it has asked me to sign in 9 times! And within an hour apart from the last time!
      Please fix this bug! It’s getting really annoying. And I’m close to deleting the app myself!

      I connect my Amazon account. It's disconnected just a few minutes later. This has been going on for a couple weeks, through at least two app updates. I keep hoping the "bug fixes and improvements" will fix this issue, but so far no luck.

      App worked flawlessly up until recently. Now I’m prompted several times a day to re-establish a connection with Amazon.

      There is an option to keep my Amazon account linked to the account. But even with that selected and I logged in this morning. I’m logged out of the app again just 2 hours later.

    • Hiccups and lousy support

      Have been using this app for a couple of years on both my iPhone and iPad. When it works it’s awesome. But there are some problems. First, for some reason the iPad version does not update reliably. Much of the time I get the little spinning wheel of death, and the app does not import my current open orders. The iPhone version always updates perfectly as it should. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the iPad app several times, but the problem persists. Second, the app disconnects from Amazon accounts far too often. The app says it's for security reasons, but every other day is just too often! Very aggravating. Finally, Shop tech support is garbage. Several weeks ago, the app started constantly dropping the connection to my Amazon account (as in every hour.) I emailed Support and immediately got an email (probably automated) with a support ticket number and told that someone would get back to me soon. After 5 days I emailed again asking what was going on. Never got a response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It does appear as of yesterday that they solved this problem as the app is no longer dropping the Amazon connection, and there was an app update about that time. However, the developer still should have responded. For that reason, if this app wasn't free I wouldn't keep it.

      I like the app but every single time I go to look at it I’m asked to log into my Amazon account again. This is very tiresome and irritating. It didn’t do this about a month or so ago but now it’s every time I open the app.

      As a tracking app for packages this worked great until a week or so ago when it began logging out of the Amazon connection multiple times per day. The app works great for tracking packages from every other shipper, 5 stars if they can get back to reliably showing Amazon purchases
