Awful from start to finish. Took 45 mins to get to speak to somebody who in Manila or Kuala Lumpur and her English was very poor and she seemed quite incompetent as well.
Awful customer service. I rang up with an issue and was spoken to very rudely and then hung up on me while I was talking. Also the network signal is awful so would avoid at all costs.
brainless business - have spoken to 3 sales staff about the same issue and all have fobbed me off to make payment for something then delivered nothing. Scam of a company.
Worst customer services in the world When my contract ends , I’ll switch back to Vodaphone and pay £10 extra I may to start a court action against them
I used to use virgin media and then they transferred me to O2. It has the worst network in the UK. I am working as delivery driver everywhere and I never seen a worst network than o2
They lie to their customers, fob them off, waste their time. AWFUL company.
