Horrible customer support, The whole system is corrupt why allow companies like this to operate in the country
Trying to get through to them on their call centre, to cancel as we simply cannot afford the exorbitant charges any longer – it’s been 30 minutes and we are still listening to their playlist.
Paying £50+ per month just to get this speed 🤷 0.6mbps download We pay for the 500mbps package can you explain your inconsistent speeds please?
WiFi is wery bad, just disapears for couple of minutes. No internet connection.Even the signal shows strong. All fine after restarting the router.
Absolutely shocking service been on phone for 3 hours trying to cancel our TV package and keep our broadband. If I can get through to anyone I will cancel the lot now. P1ss3d off doesn't cover it.
Just awfulWhere to start! Wish I’d read reviews before signing up. The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a large company. Shocking customer care team, how it’s still in business given their service (well lack of) is crazy. They really don’t care about looking after their customers. I was with no internet for 3 days due to not being sent the right equipment in their ‘quick start up’ pack so was unable to work from home and the compensation they offered me was £13.50 and that was after I’d tried the WhatsApp method, which is exactly how others have already described, painful and doesn’t actually get you through to anyone and to calling through is even worse because you’re actually greeted by agents who are extremely unhelpful. I honestly reckon the only reason why they’re still getting customers is cause customers are so fed up of spending time getting through to speak to anyone, when they finally do they have no energy to write a review. Trust me, I nearly didn’t! Just don’t want them to gain any additional business, they don’t deserve it and for anyone to experience what I did
