    Absolute Katastrophe!! Verdacht auf betrügerisches Vorgehen! Nach Telefonat mit dem Kundenservice, um herauszufinden was mit meiner Retoure ist, soll anscheinend das Paket leer gewesen sein!! Mal ganz ehrlich, wer glaubt euch das ?! Und warum sollte ich ein leeres Paket zurückgeben? Nike: ich hoffe ihr lest diese Meldungen, hört auf damit diesem Vorgehen! Fall es es hier eine Sammelklage sich ergeben sollte, ich bin dabei !!

  • KASTJE NAAR DE MUUR, fabrieksfout, zolen los

    22 maart 2023 heb ik mijn sneakers mogen toesturen voor een schade claim, sneakers die van Nike zijn, bij Torfs gekocht. Waren binnen 1,5 maand stuk, beide zolen lieten los. Fabrieksfout zou je zeggen. Het is nu al November en nog wordt ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, bij chatten, mailen en bellen, elke keer is het u krijgt deze week antwoord. Ondertussen denk ik het antwoord al te weten, en dat is dat ze mijn sneakers kwijt zijn geraakt............. Belachelijke service! Ik wacht dus nog steeds op geld, een giftcard, of mijn sneakers terug......

    Alors comment vous expliquez que c'est juste impossible d'avoir une assistance correcte, j'ai eu des chaussures mal finies, les coutures étaient toute mal faite, j'ai envoyé des photos à Nike et la seule solution un échange avec 20% de remises, c'est juste scandaleux sachant le prix de ces chaussures 179€! j'aimerai bien vous faire part des photos pour que vous vous rendez compte qu'ils ne savent plus fabriquer de belle chaussures avec des finitions conforme.

    Wenn ich weniger als 1 Stern geben könnte würde ich es machen. Schuhe bestellen geht einfach und schnell. Aber Retouren sind eine Katastrophe, erstmal den Aufkleber zu bekommen ist schon schlimm aber dann rennt man seinem Geld hinterher. Das ist anscheinend eine Masche und grenzt für mich an Betrug. Nike nie wieder
