Sorry, but you should’ve taken better care of your drivers — i use both apps coast to coast and overseas and Lyft app now only functions as a backup to Uber — I am also selling all my Lyft stock today 2023-05-24 — it’s time to admit defeat y’all

Stuck at the airport. The app won’t add alternate pay sources. Spent 1/2 hour wrestling with this crap. Automatically pulls from Apple Pay. I don’t use Apple Pay. Tired, annoyed, taking a taxi

They have terrible customer support when something goes wrong. A driver accidentally canceled a ride and they just keep sending me canned responses instead of trying to help me. Twitter support hasn’t been helpful either.

I always thought Lyft was less expansive. I was very wrong I guess they do whatever they want for a ride that is 40$ on Uber cost me for a wait and save 30to 40 min $150.00 INSANE. I have screenshots

Smooth drive
The Lyft app would have dropped us off at the wrong location. We had to input our address into Google Maps to get to our location. It was 1.5 miles away.
I wish I could give Lyft a negative star. Never use this over Uber. I have had so many unsafe trips. Creepy drivers. I also recently left my phone in the car (totally my fault) but the guy picked up my call, told me he had it and would likely not return it, he proceeded to use my phone (could see it as I have my Apple ID on my laptop and see messages).
Lyft did nothing.

Listen to you and have great customer services. They refund you if anything goes wrong. Often lower prices too.

This app would be great but the drivers can cancel last minute and I end up being late/not having a ride.
You book on the app because it says 7 minutes for ride
In milliseconds your card has the amount posted.
25-30 minutes later the ride shows up. This is now the 3rd time for a huge difference in wait time versus what was promised via the app when booking.
For the $5 savings of Lyft compared to taxi I believe a cab is better because there is no wait time at the major airports like Vegas.

They made me feel very comfortable even though I was in part uniform (Law Enforcement) & THAT is not something we usually do is any public transportation these days !

I agree to pay more for a car to arrive in 2 mins, confirm the ride then, it updates to 3,4 or 5 minutes. It takes 7 minutes for the car to arrive.
Look, I don’t mind waiting but it for the love of god, do better on estimating arrival time - maybe add a buffer??? It is super frustrating not getting what is communicated when selecting the ride type.
Needed a lift from Conroe to Hobby Airport. The “other” company, 15 minutes before it’s supposed to arrive, didn’t have a driver assigned to the Ride. I immediately went on my LYFT account & within 2 minutes a driver took the ride. He was here on time, was so friendly & happy to c us, he put all the bags in his Trunk & opened the door to get in - it was like a Limousine Chauffeur! Arrived exactly at noon not one minute past. This guy made a huge Tip! Nice Job …..

Drivers continue to cancel on me and I have to wait even though I am paying for faster service.
