Changed outbound flight with ANY notification. Changed family members return flight without ANY notification. I've had better service at a drive through.

We had a terrible experience. The MK851 Flight was delayed by more than 1 hour, there was no communication during that time. And then an hour later we were told we were waiting for the people who were connecting. As a result of that delay we missed out connecting flight, tha we were meant to take Johannesburg. A group (11 people) of us were at Air Mauritus office in Johannesburg for more than 2 hours and we were not assisted regarding our connecting flight , no rebooking or refund was done. Customer services also could not help. They were all insensitive. We had to find money to rebook for the following day. I hope no one ever experience such.…

Our flight was delayed by a day on return from the 21st of June to 22nd of June, Air Mauritius stated in an email they would pay for 1 nights accommodation, we had to pay £371 to stay in our hotel, I have reported this on your online system and made a complaint in which I have no correspondence, we are due our money back and Air Mauritius has taken no action with this, not even an email to say they are dealing with it, absolutely disgusting!!! 5 Weeks later, the maximum is 28 days this needs sorting. …

The airbus 330neo experience direct from Cape Town was excellent, better than the little A319 from past era and much better than wasting a day through Johannesburg. Air Mauritius made a fantastic comeback after Covid. Thank you and keep it up.

One of the better flights I've been on in a very long time. Overall I was blown away by the crew the flight and the aircraft. Great leg room as I'm tall. Didn't have any issues. Attendants were great and helped with my baby needs. Food was also not bad.

I have travelling with lots of airlines , air Mauritius is still the best airlines qua service from cabin crew.
