Do not book seats from this airline they will alot you a random seat on arrival at Heathrow- shocking and fraudulent. I prey we can get our money back. Many others on our flight had the same problem. Be warned!

We had a terrible experience. The MK851 Flight was delayed by more than 1 hour, there was no communication during that time. And then an hour later we were told we were waiting for the people who were connecting. As a result of that delay we missed out connecting flight, tha we were meant to take Johannesburg. A group (11 people) of us were at Air Mauritus office in Johannesburg for more than 2 hours and we were not assisted regarding our connecting flight , no rebooking or refund was done. One of the better flights I've been on in a very long time. Overall I was blown away by the crew the flight and the aircraft. Great leg room as I'm tall. Didn't have any issues. Attendants were great and helped with my baby needs. Food was also not bad.
