    delayed my flight multiple times multiple hours due to maintnence issue. apparently the plane next to us also was delayed for the same reason. gave us lunch vouchers of 12 dollars. for reference, a single half of a sandwich i bought at that airport was 15 dollars

  • Alaska Airlines; delay after delay - missed connecting flights... twice in 2 weeks

    Delay after delay. Missed connecting flight and had to jump through hoops to get compensated for hotel. 2 weeks later, my wife flew Alaska out of Boise and the flight was delayed again so the connecting flight was missed.

    On time. Friendly attendants who went out of their way, picking up something I dropped in the terminal and getting it to me at my seat. Did I mention ON TIME departure and arrivals and connections? I'm sold.
