  • Did not have good experience. Probably my first and last flying Alaska Airlines

    The plane got to Eugene Airport late while the connection flight didnā€™t wait took off on time. Bad communication on their part. I ended up missing my flight and has to wait for another plane for 6 hours at Seattle Airport. No discount was giving as they said is not their faultā€¦

  • Horrible Customer Service!!!!

    I spent 45,000 extra sky mile points in order to get home the same day. I had screenshots for the less expensive mileage points, and they refused to reimburse me the extra points I paid even after they change the flight so that there is no option to get home the same day. I amā€¦

    I give ZERO star for the service on August 6 2023 Alaska AS 1419 Gdl to LAX 5pm I was very pissed off because of ..lack of communication american airlines cancelled the flight and was changed to alaska airlined ..no text..no email sent to communicate I rushed to be at theā€¦

    Unaccommodating, frustrating, disgusting planes unless you get a brand new one. I have a broken foot and the agent wouldnā€™t allow me to pay for a premium seat.

    Catastrophic airline where the customer gets ridd of. Flight got connected to Washington and we had 14h delay due to poor management of the airline. Also we got not refunded. never ever again

    I have been blown away by the kindness and service shown to me on both legs of this trip. I had not expected much, but they completely exceeded my expectations. When life threw me some curve balls, they were able to be understanding and flexible. I missed my scheduled returnā€¦
