The stay was amazing. I got the Queen room with sofa bed. The room was so clean and spotless This room is having balcony with amazing views of ocean. It was so peaceful without any disturbance. Jane was kind enough to provide fruits, yogurt and muffins though it was not part of the booking. I will stay again whenever I go to white rock.

One of the better apps Iāve used for any service or purchase. Straightforward, letās you know whatās available and where, with easy map locator and prices right up front. Sensible, clear layout. When I was about to look for an answer, it was right there, right on time. Room selections, amenities and cancellation options are clear. I hope my stay is as satisfying as my experience booking on Booking.
I love using booking.com for all my room reservation needs! The Genius rewards have improved throughout the years and it is a great feature to have. However, the app has been having a glitch lately when it comes to reservation dates and free cancelation days. For example, if I reserve for May 30-31, and it says free cancellation until the day before, the app instead of showing free cancellation until the 29th, it is showing free cancellation until the 28th.
At first I thought I was counting the days wrong, but when I clicked āManage my Reservationsā the days that appear in there are May 29-30. When I first saw this I panicked and thought I reserved the wrong days, but when I went back to check my reservation I indeed reserved it for May 30-31.
This is an unfortunate glitch because it makes it a little confusing when managing reservations and it takes away from the user one extra day if we need to cancel a reservation.
Hopefully this glitch gets resolved soon! Although it doesnāt affect the reservation itself, it can cause confusion for the users.
I love that place ,very beautiful ,Nice and comfortable ,so clean and a good condition canāt wait to go back to enjoy again the view and my favorite food from the restaurant love it.

We like to book trips for our wedding anniversaries. Each time is better than the first.
Last yearās trip, We booked a king size bed room Monterey Tides. It was an amazing oceanfront stay. A little small in the room, but the view made up for it. The beach was right next to our room. We saw seals and other marine life from our window. We were soothe by the sounds of the ocean. The bar had a different house drink every day which was very tasty and not a watered down freebie. It was nice to sit in the lobby and watch the ocean while having a drink. There was some construction on the elevator, causing some longer wait and odors. But over all it was a great trip
Elegant beach bungalow is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities. Map on the phone sent us to the wrong place at first, but we found it. Close to restaurants and stores. Used the bbq grill and backyard for a home like relaxation. If I ever retire, this would be a great place to do so.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It automatically cancels bookings, the actual charged amount is different from what they said, and the refund only covers a portion of the amount.

Canāt communicate with the hotel, itās extremely frustrating, none of my messages are getting delivered and I have a notification saying they sent me a message but I canāt see it either
I have used booking.com over a dozen times to reserve hotels over the past several years and had no issues until we ran into a completely fraudulent company. Booking.comās customer service has been ZERO help in resolving the matter. We booked a property in August under a free cancellation policy until two weeks before our stay at the end of Nov. The company charged us the full amount of the reservation $879, TWICE, and a $200 security deposit within 48 hrs of booking. We cancelled the booking two days later and attempted to resolve the issue with booking and the company (Vacation USA) over several weeks. After a month of no refunds and dozens of calls to booking customer service, we cancelled our credit card and reported the charges as fraudulent. Our bank deemed one of the initial charges as fraudulent, but said the company still had the right to refund the other two charges. We contacted the company and booking.com again in attempts to resolve the issue and again received no help. Vacation USA sent our bank fraudulent booking documents that contained reservations made by completely different customers for different dates and amounts, and then sent booking.com bogus refund confirmation documents. The company is a fraud, and booking.com has done absolutely nothing to back their free cancellation policy guarantee. We will never book through booking again. We are still out $1,079 and absolutely disgusted with how we have been treated as long time customers. I strongly advise you to just book directly through the hotels and save yourself the nightmare!
