A great idea and important information, but the book is repetitive and padded with fluff that obscures the good content. Needed some serious editing.
I have not read the whole book but it is an "eye opener" for serious thinkers and whoever wants to dig deep into their experiences and life situation. I find it advantageous and try to read one chapter a day.
An interesting read, and makes sense, although I wouldâve preferred the majority of the book being practical strategic, tangible ways to grow compared to the 5% of the book that is actionable steps at the end.
It's almost entirely case histories--same song different tune--verbally illustrating that the body takes the brunt of the stress of the mind. It made me depressed until the last few pages where he offered some hope.
Could not put it down. Every sentence is so articulate, so brilliantly crafted, so arresting and important, without a single wasted word, that my copy is highlighted like a neon sign. Stunning achievement!
My therapist recommended this book to me, print is good, came in the mail quickly
Information about how stress can cause diseases to body.
Argued that stress and our dysfunctional patterns contribute to development of diseases and shows clinical studies supporting this premise. I think that stresses and our life decisions due have an impact as described in the book among other factors but stress does account for the interaction of biology and disease formation and progression.
I love how the author tranquil and clear style on illustrating the connection of mind and body. It greatly help me to navigate through the illness that I am currently experiencing. Greatly appreciated!
Truly a life-changing book - full of crucial, important information which can lead one down the healing path.

These pregnancy pops may not work for everyone, but they have provided relief to many women experiencing morning sickness during pregnancy. While some users found the taste enjoyable and the candies helpful in alleviating nausea, others experienced discomfort and negative side effects. The pops are made with corn syrup, which may be a concern for those seeking natural ingredients. However, they are convenient for on-the-go use and can provide temporary relief for pregnant women.

This gadget is small and cordless but has a short battery life and slow charging. Some users experienced overheating issues. Customer service was praised for their prompt replacements. The charger is not compatible with wireless charging on iPhone 12. The magnet attachment may not be strong enough on some phones.

Consistent and good flavor in every product. Low calorie, high protein supplement. Clean fuel for hungry muscles. Blends well with water. Terrible package design. Switch from Whey to Plant would be a relief. Tastes like rich chocolate. Superior protein. Lemon sorbet flavor is refreshing. Wrong product delivery. Best protein for workouts.
