  • Mailchimp has been stealing my money for almost one year

    I have been charged with $13 for almost one year for a service a I have never used, and I can’t even contact customer service because I have FREE PLAN, and they are asking me to upgrade the plan in order to get customer support. What a joke is that???

    We put all the effort to design the email and then when you click "send" to a small group of people you get banned for no reason. We are not breaking any guidelines and our business is very compliant but we get banned for no reason. 0 stars, worst mail company on the planet.

  • Charges our card whatever they feel like

    We only have 760 contacts and Mailchimp charges us $39.60 per month (Essentials Plan). On their plans page they state their Essentials plan costs $26.50 for 1,500 contacts. In other words, they start gouging you after you become a customer.
