  • Really good collection of products at reasonable rates. Terrible customer support interface. Weak data security/privacy system. Staff will log into your account using the store tablet and won't even bother logging out. I've seen my account had been compromised earlier as someone else had accessed it and modified it. I've reclaimed it but now if I want to raise a ticket about issues faced in the app, there's no option at all. Absolutely useless in that regard.
