1/26/2024 Order#100192551. I have cancelled my lens order and have received a refund. However, they lost my frames, and told me they would order them and they said they did on 3/12/24. My inquiry by email(s) only (no contact information. location address, and a feckless 1-800 number) have not produced any specific information regarding my the return of my frames. I would like my frames returned ASAP!! Although I have used this company more than once in the past, this is the last time. Caveat emptor: if a company website doesn't have specific and helpful contact information, an "about us" page, nor a physical address listed anywhere on their website, go elsewhere.
Would highly recommend to avoid them! It took well over a month to get my glasses back, not 4-7 days as they say. I would send them a note asking about status after hearing nothing. They would respond it should be done in 1-2 days and they would e-mail when sent. A week later, nothing so e-mailed them and they send nasty e-mail that I need to wait until they respond, after it has been a week later than they said they would respond. Then use excuse that it didnât pass their high standards and are remaking them. They did this twice after week 2 and week 4. Finally after week 5 I was given notice they were sending them. Their pupil distance app didnât work either. I would have been better off just paying a regular store the 30% I saved then use Lensabl. Never again!
It took a while but my progressive prescription was perfect and clear and the lens material was thin and lightweight despite my heavy prescription.
I had 2 pairs of very expensive frames with prescriptions that were out of date. Lensabl filled the orders perfectly. New lenses are just right. Love my "new" glasses! Price and service excellent.
I ended up ordering the wrong lenses. Ordering bifocals and not progressives. I know I wear 2 different prescriptions so in my mind thats a bifocal so I'm upset with myself. Maybe receiving a picture of what to expect is better than words. I have ordered correctly in the past. They are ok for most tasks but I can't wear them at work due to focusing issues with computer screen and reading at 15 -18"..
