The Kroger app receives mixed reviews from customers. Some find it easy to use and appreciate its convenience, while others experience glitches, freezing, and difficulty navigating the ordering process. Issues include problems with updates, inability to add coupons, difficulty with substitutions, and difficulty reading nutrition information. Despite its flaws, many customers appreciate the convenience of the app's delivery and pickup options.

I didn’t get my $15 off my first order.
Why do you have to put it on a list then shop from a list to add to the cart
I liked the simplicity of using this app.
With this new update, after entering the parking slot number, now I can’t get rid of the keyboard in order to check in.
The app is great until I have to figure out how to choose delivery ship or pick up in store.
Love the convenience of the delivery as it helps with being without a car.

The “list” to “order” to “delivery” approach to placing an order can be a little confusing at first.
Bad update requirement on the new version
They gave the best coupons and prices!
Good is what you get. If you expect something more you will be majorly disappointed.
Good app but not perfect. I really wish that you can click on items in the weekly ad and add that item into my cart instead of a list. I’m not going into the store but using click list. That would make it a 5 star rating.
Thanks
The app is much better now since the update
This app is the easiest app I use!
I have been a loyal kroger customer 25 + years. But I can no longer use the Kroger App on my phone unless I get a new phone. That is unfortunate for Kroger.
I CAN NOT update because of my tablet will not allow it. Now because of YOUR requirement I will have to start spending the 250 - 450 a month else where. Hope you enjoy driving your faithful customers away.

When using the app on an ipad to place a Kroger order, there are options for how to substitute a different item if one is out of stock. If you choose to substitute “Specific Item,” the app will suggest related items but you can also search from there for a specific substitute item. The search function in this specific location stopped working 1-2 weeks ago. Now the response is that there are no search results, which is incorrect. When I search on the same term using in the general search bar, there are tons of results that are in stock. Example: cottage cheese. When I choose to substitute “Specific Item,” the app suggests 2 replacements I’m not interested in. When I use the search function in this specific area to choose a different substitute item, the response is “There were no results for ‘cottage.’” Even the 2 options initially suggested do not display. That’s not correct, there are lots of other in-stock cottage cheese options when doing a general search elsewhere in the app. Multiple ongoing tech issues w/the app the past few months. Shopping elsewhere until this is fixed.
Put parking number in and key pad would not disappear. So randomly clicked ABC and poof the done button appears. Mind you there is no reason to click ABC to get to the letter keyboard because it only. Needs. A. Number. So stupid. The app just keeps getting WORSE! No. Thank. You.
Need more cashiers, not just self service, please.
I shopped for a party that have like more than 50 items on my cart, ready to checkout. I use this app since I want to try out pickup order feature. So first time user here.
I don’t know why the app take me from the cart to a sign in page when I already login in my app. As a user it’s a confusing part and I could have abandoned my cart. But I’d like to give it another try
Somehow I forgot my password, I tried to retrieve the password by sending texts, or email messages, wait for like 10’, nothing sent to me.
I decided to leave Kroger and use Target instead. Hope this can help you guys make a better experience users like me
Not user friendly. Goes in circles.
App still closing without warning and cart won’t load. Frustrating!!! Spent two days trying to load the cart now it won’t open.
For the last two week everyone I open the Kroger app, the “allow push notifications” pops up and won’t clear, forcing all to freeze. Can’t use it.
No way to add coupons. Will not let me add another form of payment. Wants me to stop pop ups & I don’t know how to do that.
I have used Kroger pick since i worked there in 2017… why all of the sudden can you not type in what you want for your substitute? Everything i try to type in says “no substitutions found” even though i an type the item in the regular search bar and get it…MAKES NO SENSE
I can’t read the nutrition and ingredients on the app. They need to be bigger.
I recently downloaded this app and in a few days deleted it. Why? Every time I tried to download digital coupons, a message about push notifications popped up and froze. I could respond to this notification nor could I do anything except c,one the app. Happened every time I was in app. Done!
Hi. I really like the app. I upgraded to this new version (forced to upgrade as previous version was no longer supported) but in 5 minutes, the app has frozen 3 times. Each time I have to leave the app n get back. It does seem to be picking up right where I left it but its a nuisance that I cannot put up with. It even froze when trying to go to cart to check out! Lol.
Many customers (myself included) have been kicked to the curb because latest update does not support our iOs versions.
Option to download latest compatible version no longer works
I know I can access via web browser but it is more time consuming to navigate via web browser
Love this app! If I had had the click list when my kids were little, it would have been amazing!

CapCut is a great app for beginners to edit videos for free. It has many cool features, is easy to use, and available on phones or desktops. However, some users had trouble finding templates or experienced issues with the app. Despite this, CapCut is recommended as a content creation tool that helps improve views and likes on TikTok. The app offers a lot, including options for different effects, but it takes a significant amount of phone storage.
