I didn’t get my $15 off my first order.
Why do you have to put it on a list then shop from a list to add to the cart
I liked the simplicity of using this app.
With this new update, after entering the parking slot number, now I can’t get rid of the keyboard in order to check in.
The app is great until I have to figure out how to choose delivery ship or pick up in store.
Love the convenience of the delivery as it helps with being without a car.
Bad update requirement on the new version
Need more cashiers, not just self service, please.
App still closing without warning and cart won’t load. Frustrating!!! Spent two days trying to load the cart now it won’t open.
No way to add coupons. Will not let me add another form of payment. Wants me to stop pop ups & I don’t know how to do that.

PicsArt users express frustration with recent updates and the introduction of paid features. Complaints include app glitches, decreased photo quality, and constant prompts to purchase premium. Users question the shift from a free to a paid app and demand better communication about subscription fees. Despite these issues, some users appreciate the app's wide range of features and its usefulness for photo editing and creating content. However, excessive ads are a common complaint. Overall, users suggest improvements in app performance, reduced ads, and more transparency regarding payments.
