Klarna, a pay-later app, is losing popularity due to its new charging fees system, poor customer service, and declined transactions. The once-fee-free app now charges $2 for every installment, and a $7 fee for late payment. Additionally, the rewards program has changed, offering only premium retailers and a minimum $35 order requirement. The app has glitches, such as redirecting users to an app that doesn't work, charging twice for one payment plan, and declining purchases despite an account in good standing. Klarna may need to improve its service to keep up with competitors.

Love this app helps tons
Would recommend to any and everyone
I was able to purchase several items using Klarna a week ago on the Coach Outlet App. Today itâs saying region unavailable.
I have not been able to see my purchase power in weeks. I get a message stating âPlease come back and try again laterâ. I contacted customer service last week and was told by the rep to make a purchase less than $50 & it should reset itself within 24 hours. I made said purchase and needless to say, it still isnât showing!!! Epic failâŚ
Simple to use overall a great app. Thank you
I used Klarna to purchase Portola 23 tickets. I was told my purchase was successful and was charged the first portion of my payment plan, but never received confirmation. I then went to the Klarna app a bit later to contact CS and saw a notice that I was declined. Why was I told I was approved? I missed out on tier 1 pricing. This cost me $100 in increased ticket pricing. I will never use Klarna again
They charge $2 for every order now. And itâs just crazy, how their promise was broken within their own company âno feesâ to actually charging you a âfeeâ. Trash I used to use klarna alot. Now its the last.
I have used klarna for over a year now. I was ordering an iPad. They wanted to add $2 service fee. They say they donât charge fees, but that has changed. I decided to use PayPal 4 pay. I wouldnât recommend this app and wonât be using it anymore. I will pay everything upfront or I will use paypal 4 pay.
This app keep trowing unnecessary and annoying notifications! When I set up my profile it was mandatory to state my gender, ok, but then I am a male and the app trows out a notification to say that âthere is a perfect bra for youâ
Really???
When I started with Klarna it was very good, I donât know if I ever missed a payment or something for them to have reduced my credit limit and reject my purchases most times. Iâll dump Klarna very soon if they keep this up!
klarna is great. theyâre lenient but not too lenient. they help me acquire so many things and the payment plans are great. i just wish they didnât use credit scores because my parents ruined mine so itâs very low but i have never missed a payment or been late but my power never goes over 150. i feel i should be able to go 100s up since iâve had so many successful transactions and paid all of them no problem. but otherwise love this app

Discord users express frustration with the latest version update that removed the share screen option. Some users also report issues with logging in, verifying email, and not receiving purchased nitro. Despite these flaws, many praise Discord for its messaging and community features, ease of use, and ability to connect with friends. However, the mobile app lacks the ability to switch between multiple accounts without logging out. Other complaints include glitches, inability to watch or save videos on iOS, and toxic behavior on the platform.
