First night in Belgium and books in here for 2 nights. Great room and as usual bed was comfy, shower was great but tap on sink pathetic, but all in all very good. Only one slight thing, no fridge, would have been nice. Another thing I found while away if checkout is 11 why are house keeping knocking on the door at 9.30. Donât like this.
A great hotel to stay in when visiting battlefield. They had had some leaks so assigned us connecting rooms instead of a family room which worked out perfectly and great customer service. Felt the people we interacted with were super friendly and the location was great with frites next door and supermarket near by! Highly recommend for a stay while going through.
Naomi took such good care of us, as well as the other great employees; Very nice people, and you get a nice room, for the cheapest in Waterloo, by far! People seem to want more for just 75 euros; they must not know Europe very well... because you definitely get more than what you pay for!!! Thank you all! and we will definitely be back!
Very happy with stay at Ibis Waterloo. Comfortable and clean rooms and very helpful reception staff who sorted out options for a local COVID test I needed before heading home. Nearest place is actually 5 minutes walk from hotel at Pharmacie Servais Boulevard de la Cense but you need an appointment. Next door Italian restaurant was very handy and served good food.
Wonât be back because of the noise levels. Bad sign when every room is supplied with ear plugs. Once I saw them I asked for a room at the back but it made little difference. Room basic but adequate and the breakfast was good.
The Ibis in Waterloo is a good hotel though not having AC in rooms is a big miss. Everything else is good, folks are very customer oriented and breakfast is good. It is close to the center, supermarkets and shops within walking distance. Wellington museum is also very close.
The hotel is pretty close to Waterloo town with ample parking space and tiny restaurants around. Downside, its pretty far from Brussels city and cannot commute easily by train or public transport. Also, the room we were in was on top floor, kind of attic and had no good ventilation. We sometimes felt suffocating as there were no normal windows to open!
We stayed in Ibis Waterloo while on a Battlefield tour of The Somme and Waterloo. The room although small, is really comfortable and I slept like a log! Breakfast was amazing.... the buffet is fantastic and I highly recommend.
a nice and clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff, good breakfastit is situated quite central and loads of free parking spacegood shower, extra towels and pillowseven extra blankets can be obtained
I love this place! Have now stayed twice and on all occasions the staff have been exceptional. The friendly greeting i received when walking in the first time, in fact each time i have approached the reception the staff have been so happy and friendly to help. If only Ibis hotels were as nice as this place i would stay more often... Nice location, good sized rooms... can't fault this place.. LOVE IT! đ

Mixed reviews for the restaurant with some praising the food and service, while others found it disappointing and expensive. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel had a good location but was close to a noisy road. The room was average and the grounds had a mix of modern buildings and unattractive holiday cottages. Overall, the service was disappointing.

This hotel in Doorwerth, Netherlands, offers beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and a variety of amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms may be outdated and in need of renovations, but the overall experience is pleasant. With its convenient location and competitive pricing, this Fletcher hotel is a good choice for a road trip or a visit to the Airborne Museum.
