Worst app ever used
this app is the worst! wouldn’t update or load when the new collection dropped causing me to miss the entire collection in my size. i hate this app and will be deleting it. trash
I literally have to restart the app every 5 mins because the screen will freeze for no reason. Worst shopping platform I’ve used thus far
I used to have this app. I deleted at some point. Went to redownload it and it wouldn’t let me unless I added a payment method before downloading app. My h&m account has payment. I won’t download this and will just use website.
This isn’t a review on the clothes, this a review on the app/website. First, I tried to order a couple days ago because of all the coupons they give you when you sign up. HOWEVER, when we clicked “complete transaction,” it gave us an error message. So I refilled the information and tried 2 more times. Although, it still said no order went through, IT STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND WASN’T ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY FOR 4 DAYS. But it doesn’t end there, as when I got my money back I, foolishly gave them another chance. IT STILL DIDN’T WORK. SO we called customer service and the guy genuinly tried to help me. After an 18 minute phone call, he told me the solution was to wait 15-30 minutes until I ordered something. The final straw was when I was ready to press “complete transaction” FOR THE THIRD TIME when the website took off an item because “they ran out.” HOW ARE YOU GONNA MAKE ME WAIT DAYS, THEN MAKE ME WAIT FOR 18 MINUTES ON A PHONE CALL TO TELL ME YOU “ran out.” My advice for anyone is too ignore the good deals and just go to another website or go to a real life store.
A order some many clothes and they never arrived. It said it was delivered but it never was.
And the other order said it’s just shipped but it was delivered, it’s so confusing.
i usually never write reviews but this app has been frustrating me!! i have been trying to shop on the app but every 5 minutes the app glitches and freezes and nothing works. you have to completely close down the app and restart it. it does save your cart, but its just frustrating to have to continue to restart. this app needs an update because i love shopping from this store.
I got a xxl shirt but got a xl shirt that didn’t fit, even when I returned in store and called them I still had to pay the return fee even though it was their fault

I really liked H&M’s selection of clothing, but trying to purchase items through the app is an unfortunate waste of time. Despite all of my information being correct, the app won’t ever let me place my order, but it has no issue with taking my money for it anyway. Very disappointing experience, but at least customer service was polite.
I am always made to call customer service after the & the end of my my troubles & no one speaks proper English so I have to attempt this call three or four times call until gets made at least three times. Then they have me wait while they do an “override order” & then wait while to call again to see if it works again. There have been two orders since March & today & I hate going out. Plus the stores don’t always have the items on my list from the app.
Yes! This is WAY BEYOND ANNOYING.
If nothing is done about this, they will start losing customers. I suggest some kind of pay back for wasting our time.

I like this store it is very well organized. The thing that I don’t like about it is the clothes. They don’t have great clothes like the clothes that I like. Some of the clothes that I wear are really cute and I can’t really find that on this app. But, if you are just looking for some cheap clothes to wear then I would definitely recommend this app. Just it’s nice but it’s not my style. Thank you for actually acknowledging this response. I hope this helped you and you should get the app.
App stops working after I select country. Useless
There’s only so many items you can add to favorites, which is just odd. However it also broken! Completely wiped away all my favorites I had saved for my baby registry.. disappointing.
This is now the SECOND time all of my favorites have been deleted…I favorite them for a reason. Do you not want me to buy your clothes? Now I have to start over. This is just one of the many problems with their site/app.

Unable to use the app, keeps exiting out of the app
The app crashes within two minutes of it being open. It’s annoying because the app is better than the website but at this point it’s becoming unusable. Please, fix the bugs. It’s been awful for at least six months. Sort it out.
This app should not be this trash. Literally every time I click on something it crashes. Have some consideration for people that actually spend money with you all
Apps freezes after clicking on one item I have to quit and try again
It’s been more than a month but your app still keeps kicking me out after like a minute. Even after multiple updates the problem persists. Fix it already please.
Yup, you read that right. The app literally limits how many items you can favorite or add to your wish list. You can’t even bear the cap by having multiple wish lists. That’s the sole reason for this poor rating. Bc I have ADHD having a wish or shopping list is a very important part of shopping for me; if it’s out of site it’s out of mind so I make task lists and notes for everything in my regular daily life. And if I can’t save items to a wish list I’ll forget about them, and having a cap on how many items I can save is just a really poor shopping experience. (Especially when the cap is definitely less than 100 items and closer to around 50)
The app keeps on closing dew seconds after i click on new arrivals category and start scrolling
