Grab drivers overcharge and provide bad service, especially in KL and Phuket. Food delivery is not reliable. The registration process is disorganized. Customer service is unhelpful. Safety option and insurance claims are problematic. Some drivers drive recklessly and threaten customers.

Grab drivers are not up to mark and is spoilt by some unscrupulous driversI never had these issues in Vietnam or Thailand or Spore.First is at airport KLIADrivers will take your booking then cancel or remain stationary and quiet and won't pick up calls or answer messagesThe customers there compare notes and find similar issuesEventually a good grab driver turns up but after waiting anxiously for 30 over minutesThen even in city of KL ,I experienced similar where driver never picked me up but charged me .I don't know how they do this without picking up me at allI have lodged complain to Grab Helpdesk , hope fully this can be sorted out
very bad experiences. I ordered at 4.40pm, picked up at 4.51pm. From Jurong point to jurong west the food can reach me at 5.50pm. furthermore I pay for standard delivery to reach in 35 mins. I was late of work and had to take a cab.. This is the 3rd times scam me on standard delivery but give me saver delivery. it was more than saver. Obviously this company tried to scam people into paying more. when I complained, they didn't bother. Imagine everyone pay extra but never get their food on times. They are paying the driver to run more trips at once with lower pay. This is just scam. Promised delivery but unable to deliver on times.
Overall okay lah. ButâŚ. That short waiting period is dumb⌠like ⌠if I live at the high floor itâs very hard to get downstairs
Booked a taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport 48 hours before required. Booking accepted but six messages saying driver had been changed. A confirmation message was sent at 5:15 one hour before the pick-up was booked. At 6:10, a message was received to say that the booking was cancelled as no driver was available - please book later! This is for a taxi to the airport! Which idiot thinks that you can simply "book later" when catching a flight!Absolute rubbish. I have deleted their app and will never use again.Would like to give a minus rating as they caused so many problems.
Price so expensive, then cheated the customer by giving voucher while the price slightly higher than store
Driver told us we had to cancel and after that we had to pay 50.000 more for a new driver. Thatâs not fair.
This review reflects Phuket and Kuala Lumpur (for Bangkok, Grab seems to work well). Phuket and Kuala Lumpur have been atrocious in terms of drivers or deliveries actually showing up (with refunds amounting up to 45 days for debit cards). For Phuket they will even charge you before they start looking for drivers. Would you at least charge me once you find one? As for refunds they seem to have made some changes recently, and now there is a lengthy manual process to make a claim instead of what used to be somewhat smooth by chatting with an operator who handled it for you. Please improve on this if you care about user retention.
Can't even talk directly to customer service, They asked me to go on live chat this is so pathetic. I wanted to report scam delivery to my unit so Grab can alert it's riders not to deliver food on my doorstep cash pay I really pity those grab riders not the company. They can help the riders by taking prompt action.....wth close your live chat it's pointless
Worse than any other food delivery platforms I ever experience. I had missing order for the 3rd time, one day after another. So disappointed with the service, with the system and how the customer service handled my situations.
I have used Grab extensively during my travels to SE Asia. The app itself is great, and I love the translation feature. But the quality of the service providers can be hit and miss.
