Very bad customer service I just lost my money and food undelivered. They don’t really care about customers because most of them working there are probably not educated enough even the bosses
Might as well complain to a brick wall. After I raised my valid points, they close the chat and say it's reported. Not a care in the world. Are Grab owned by AirAsia?🤣
90% of the time the orders are wrong, basically the drivers order something else that's cheaper so he collect the full amount while only paying the restaurant a small amount. You can't contact the driver once the order is finished and support is like most companies in the Philippines a useless third party robot. Avoid this app and company at all cost.
Just awful…. Drivers cab cancel rides anytime they like after accepting without any penalty. Numerous times they cancel after keep you waiting ten minutes. It happens continuously. Then the ever rising prices…. Sometimes they increase the fare three hundred percent. Very bad expereince with this company
I did payment for restaurant order. They did cancel order but for today I don't have return money. Today I did order again. I did exactly instructions about delivery and I did warn clerk for don't disturb somebody in house. Clark didn't warn delivery guy. This service it's crap. AVOID. AVOID. I leaving UK.
I wouldnt give any stars. Shityy customer service. Unable to give correct timeline, rude, trying to just get rid of customers, customers being ill treated, untrustworthy.
Price so expensive, then cheated the customer by giving voucher while the price slightly higher than store
Driver told us we had to cancel and after that we had to pay 50.000 more for a new driver. That’s not fair.
Worse than any other food delivery platforms I ever experience. I had missing order for the 3rd time, one day after another. So disappointed with the service, with the system and how the customer service handled my situations.
I have used Grab extensively during my travels to SE Asia. The app itself is great, and I love the translation feature. But the quality of the service providers can be hit and miss.
