Ulta always have everything that I need. They carry all the latest and greatest brands and even give you samples of upcoming items they are getting in if you spend over a certain amount. I never go anywhere else this place has it all!
Sometimes inexplicably stops working, has an error, or is just a blank screen. Currently deleted and re-downloading to see if that helps. When it does work it’s nice that it shows you rewards progress and such. Wish I could manage Ulta salon appts on it instead of using their wierd text message system.
Only allows you to use one gift card at a time. Had to alter my online order to fit one gift card per order.
I’m a huge ulta shopper, but the app has almost become pointless. It crashes constantly and barely functions. If I’m on it for more than a few minutes, it freezes up and gives me an error message.
This foundation doesn’t settle in the cracks stays on over 12 hours, I got the perfect color match!

Every interaction that I’ve had so far whether I’m in the store and someone has helped me (and they always do) or whether I’m online, has been easy, made me feel beautiful and made me realize that Ulta really cares about their customers and the people that they are.Thank you for making me feel amazing!!!
First of all, i like ulta because i like to go shopping there. This app is just horrible. I downloaded the app because the website is so fricken slow and just never works. I did have high expectations for the app but NO. it always says “page not loading, please try to refresh…” ITS SO ANNOYING and i do click refresh and it doesn’t do anything. Ulta needs to do better with their website and their all because I can’t shop in piece. Maybe sephora is better😋
Impossible to view items or make purchases. Always get the “refresh and try again” errors. Super frustrating. Hopefully it gets resolved soon, or ULTA will be losing another customer.

The app is great. The old system was a lot faster connection than this new version. This new version. It’s not so ehh okay. It could be a lot better.
I love ULTA, but this app is shockingly terrible. Constantly having issues and asking me to “refresh” and I’ve never once successfully been able to place an order in the app.
I thought I place my order weeks ago, wondering why I haven’t gotten it yet. Then I remembered it asked for the code on my credit card, which I didn’t have on me at the time I was shopping. A lot of other sites you can just tap that you’re paying with your store card without having to bother getting your card. I would probably order more often if this wasn’t the case
App won’t let me pay with my credit card errors out.
App has a glitch that will recharge you, or not charge you at all but says ur order exists but it didnt go through their system.

I don’t know what Ulta was thinking when they rolled out their new app. Take something that works and mess with it until it doesn’t. Maybe Tech support was trying to guarantee they would always have a job because the app and website are constantly crashing. The app is the worst, but you need it for certain perks and the website isn’t any better anyway. You’ll get the app like me and many others, but you’ll curse it because it never works.
The app doesn’t load anymore. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work.
This app has always had the occasional issue, but the last few months it’s been awful. It constantly gives error messages. If I get logged out, the only way to get back in is to delete the app entirely and re-download. When it worked it was a solid 4/5 (you can’t view/change your own reviews, a big negative in my opinion, but the rest of the features were great and user friendly). On the upside I’ve saved tons of money because I’ve missed all the sales.
This has errors way too often and it takes a while to be fixed/back to normal. The only con though. I do love a lot from the app. The Cart and Favorites are easy and load faster than the Sephora app. You can also view you order very easily from the top corner of home. Love the inbox and notifications where they let you know about specials. Appreciate Ulta for the sales and the Free Gifts!
I constantly have an issue with the app glitching. Every time I go to check out it freezes. I chat with someone and they tell me there is a glitch and that they have to empty my cart. I then need to uninstall the app and try again. This happens more often than not. Only app I have an issue with like this so I know it’s the app and not something else.
Since the last update I constantly get the “refresh and try again” pop up, and I hit it a million times and it doesn’t work, I’ve never seen this issue before but it’s been going on for like a month or two now, please fix this.
customer service is not very good. when you’re trying to get information on your own account, they tell you that you HAVE to go in person to the store. they can’t help you online or over the phone if you need anything fixed on your account.
I am/was an avid Ulta shopper but the last few orders I’ve tried to place will not go through…. Very frustrating.

The store is alright but customer service is slacking employees act like they don’t wanna assist people of color no one spoke when I walked in the store and they were checking people out at the registers. If my daughter didn’t need these products I would have ordered online. So if I’m gonna spend 200 plus dollars in your store y’all need to make people feel like you want to help us find what we are looking for in the store..
I love the app but it’s almost every night I’m on Ulta the app doesn’t load or it crashes,the page won’t load up and closes out the app.
