Mixed Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC

2800 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20007, United States

The Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC, receives mixed reviews ranging from high praise for its luxury amenities and excellent service to concerns about noise levels, pricing, and issues with guests. While some guests highlight the exceptional staff and upscale experience, others raise issues such as perceived discrimination, disappointing dining experiences, and sightings of mice. Overall, the hotel seems to excel in customer service and luxury offerings but faces challenges in ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience for all guests.

  • Unfortunately, the man at the next table at dinner kept talking about ‘the Jews’ and how they will ‘get more October 7th.’ He was speaking Arabic with Qatari pronunciation, and I think it’s a shame that the hotel and restaurant allow this type of guest. It’s evidently not a space for Jewish clients, and I won’t be returning. It was extremely embarrassing as everyone at our table could understand him and it did not feel very safe.

  • Service was great and drinks were good! But couldn’t get over the fact that they had so many mice running around. Granted we sat in the outdoor patio area, but for a Four Seasons I expect better.

  • What a PHENOMENAL, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY!! The Four Seasons Georgetown is the epitome of a 5 star hotel, from the time we were greeted at the door, to the lobby, to the room, to our wonderful experience with Juvenal (the driver) to the time we departed. Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay, looking forward to returning.I'd like to thank Justine J C for her incredible 1st class service, Wow! I am so looking forward to our return.

  • Great dining experience last night at the restaurant. Very many meat options but also great for seafood. Definitely recommend, you will be well taken care of. Noise level in the restaurant gets a little on the high end in case you want a quiet experience.Walkability: Well located in Georgetown, good for walk around, lots of shops and nice to see a movie at the theatre close by or to visit the waterfront.

  • This Four Seasons is truly a 5-Star experience. The staff are eager to help and really seem to enjoy providing next-level service. They do all the little things that elevate a great property to the next level that only real 5-Star hotels and resorts provide.Little extras were things like offering me a cold bottle of water and towel for sweat when I returned from a run, folding the dirty clothes I left in a pile (feel a little guilty about that), and turning one awkward moment into a chance to shine--creating a fun and unexpected memory/experience and something my wife and I will never forget.I unreservedly recommend the Four Seasons, DC, to anyone!
