It's frustrating to see a company prioritize profit over customer care, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance coverage.To add to the frustration, Lemonade also denied my request for a refund from the date I requested cancellation on 1st of March. This refusal to refund payments for services not rendered is disappointing and leaves me questioning the company's integrity.I'm sharing this experience to encourage others to carefully consider their options when it comes to insurance providers. While Lemonade may offer competitive rates, their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is concerning.In conclusion, I'll be seeking alternative insurance providers and advising friends and family to do the same.
