When I've asked her questions, she has always given me well-explained and thorough answers in a timely manner. Good job Shelby! P.S. This form I'm submitting wants the "Date of experience". That's a good one - Shelby has helped me out so many different times I'd probably have to put down about 20 different days.

    Working with your customer service team to get my website perfect is a great experience. In under half an hour, we really got a lot done. I worked with Peter today.   • When was the last time you contacted a…

    When was the last time you contacted a service provider because you had a serious problem...they 1) had 2 seperate people contact you within hours; 2) one of them contacted you LIVE and a) went onto your platform and fixed your problem in minutes b) spent 1/2 giving you free consulting to improve your platform c) sent you a 4 page document summarizing the conversation. YEAH. And how many of you can say this is NOT THE FIRST TIME you got this level of support. As a small business owner, as someone who works 60+ hours doing ALL OF IT on my own...you cannot imagine how this feels. Ummm...let me correct that. If you have been a member of Artstorefronts...you LIVE THE DREAM. Hey. I still need to create good art and show up for my life....but it is worth EVERY PENNY to me to have this kind of support on the technical / marketing end of things. These guys work SO HARD and I have grown to love and respect them over the 8 years or so that I have a) watched them, b) slowly bought in, and c) slowly started to do what I am supposed to do. Am I a fabulously weathly famous artist? Am I selling buckets and buckets of art? No, not yet. But my goodness...It is CHAMPAGNE and CAVIER for the team on the day I get there. Why do I do it then? Because I have vision and a dream and I have believed from day 1 (8 years ago) that this was the platform that could do the thing I saw happening from the mechanics side of things. I do have other platforms / mentorships for other parts of the artist adventure that are equally important...but as far as the mechanics go...I will remain a member as long as they are in business. Thanks to ASF Team for all the pain and not quitting. In it together...
