Every time I open the app, I have to reconnect with Amazon. Kind of defeats the purpose if I can just log into Amazon for tracking.
Iāve tried connecting support about my problem, but no response. everytime I open the shop app my amazon account get disconnected and I have to reconnect. it gets frustrating.
There is a major bug thatās needs to get fixed! Itās pretty sad every time I open the app, I have to constantly re-sign in to my Amazon account to track my packages. My husband is close to deleting the app because of this bug, if not already deleted it.
In the last 5 days, it has asked me to sign in 9 times! And within an hour apart from the last time!

App worked flawlessly up until recently. Now Iām prompted several times a day to re-establish a connection with Amazon.
Have been using this app for a couple of years on both my iPhone and iPad. When it works itās awesome. But there are some problems. First, for some reason the iPad version does not update reliably. Much of the time I get the little spinning wheel of death, and the app does not import my current open orders. The iPhone version always updates perfectly as it should. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the iPad app several times, but the problem persists. Second, the app disconnects from Amazon accounts far too often. The app says it's for security reasons, but every other day is just too often! Very aggravating. Finally, Shop tech support is garbage. Several weeks ago, the app started constantly dropping the connection to my Amazon account (as in every hour.) I emailed Support and immediately got an email (probably automated) with a support ticket number and told that someone would get back to me soon. After 5 days I emailed again asking what was going on. Never got a response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It does appear as of yesterday that they solved this problem as the app is no longer dropping the Amazon connection, and there was an app update about that time. However, the developer still should have responded. For that reason, if this app wasn't free I wouldn't keep it.
