  • This Culver’s used to be great! Now you wait and wait for your order to be prepared. I waited over 25 minutes past the promised time of my online order. Then when I mentioned how long it took, the guy somewhat apologized, claimed “short staffed” then proceeded to talk loudly to me across the lobby as I left. Unacceptable for a WI restaurant to be SO awful.

  • Culver's is quickly becoming my favorite of all time. The freshness is the burgers to the fish sandwiches. The french fries are actually potatoes, and OH MY GOSH the vanilla shakes. Just heaven.In a world where everything is fake. Thank you for the pure taste of food!

  • Usually when you walk into a place of business you should be greeted and invited to be taken care of.. I Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with not a single person acknowledging me, while there were at least 4 employees standing behind the counter talking to one another. A young kid by the name of “Reese”, at the register was not holding up to the standards and inviting customers to have their order taken and just talking to another young employee. Terribly unprofessional that I walked out.

  • We waited for over half an hour start to finish in the drive thru. People who ordered after us received their food and ice cream before us. The staff wasn’t able to tell us anything about our delay and they weren’t apologetic about it. Our order was also wrong when it came out. To be stuck waiting for that long without any explanation and to see other orders come out before us was a little alarming.Been there before with fine service; today was awful.
