  • Lovely hotel but too far from city centre

    Lovely hotel, great staff and breakfast was superb. However I felt it was too far from the city centre. The metro 51 was a lifesaver. The distance meant not staying in the city to see it at night, not being able to walk back to leave anything we bought. The extra cost of tickets etc.

    No space in the room. No amenities in the room….. no shampoo , no conditioner, no milk, no tissues. No air conditioning that worked. It gets one star for the breakfast and one star because at least it has a decent shower! I would not be coming back here again.

  • Lovely place to stay

    Loved our stay here! The hotel is close to the metro and only 10 minutes to central Amsterdam. Lovely place to stay with good food, nice staff, good facilities and good canal views. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The gym and sauna are good for fitness and relaxation.

  • Great barmen (and hotel)

    We had a lovely stay here for a long weekend! Calin, Lounnis and Admah looked after us extremely well at the bar 😍 Their cocktails and service was very impressive; we enjoyed sitting at the bar each evening and being looked after by the boys.

    The hotel was super nice, and clean. Daniel was really helpful and super kind. An absolute gem. The location was a bit inconvenient, but the metro was close by. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a place that isn’t too crowded (since it is not in the center, a possible downside). The only negative comment is that the elevator took too long to go in between floors.

  • Overpriced and over rated.

    The bedroom could have been cleaner the towels were very old and tatty and their was a horrific smell from the bathroom like a sewer. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the bar and restaurant were very expensive with a poor dining menu.

  • Great hotel nice stuff perfect service

    Great hotel, delicious breakfast, location great near a metro, 10 minutes to the centre, my reservation was from 30/12/2022 till 4/1/2023, I’d arrived in 30/12 at 5 am in the morning, they gave me a room with a breakfast without adding money, the service was great, the stuff is so polite and welcoming, for sure I will be back to this hotel again

  • Efficient business hotel. Not for holidays

    This is an efficient conference and business hotel. Good for that purpose . Room was clean and modern, breakfast ok. Check-out has long lines. For holiday, go somewhere else. Downstairs restaurant had very bad service at dinner - better avoid.

  • Short winter break

    The hotel is right next to the metro which is easy and cheap to use to get into the centre or to and from the airport. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with big comfy beds and nice clean bathroom. Lots of choice at breakfast, but everything was cold even the bacon and eggs. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we had a great stay.

    I stayed in the hotel extensively and always received an amazing service! The staff are very kind, helpful and display high levels of professionalism. The breakfast buffet has many options and the price-to-quality ratio is very good. Sauna is fantastic! Thanks again for your hospitality!
