  • Misleading

    DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, booked a double deluxe room and arrived to two single beds, apparently all double deluxe rooms are twin rooms which is very misleading when booking a couples weekend away. Shower was dirty not been cleaned to a high standard and nothing is showing for the price we paid, is not in a good location either end up spending a fortune on taxis and ubers

  • Fantastic hotel for a short stay

    Excellent hotel. Nice, clean room with fantastic shower and seperate toilet. I stayed on the 15th floor and the view was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. The only down side was the walk to the train station to get into central Amsterdam via train which takes all in all about an hour.

    Excellent place to stay. Great views and after a short walk to the metro it’s easy to get to the arena or city. The shower is in the middle of the room inside a see-through tube so you can watch your partner showering. Ideal for perverts like myself.. 😆😆 Highly recommended 10 out of 10👌🏻

  • Horrible place

    horrible. Bed leather worn away. No bottle water in room. No service past 10 pm and stupid shower in middle of room with no instructions of how it works - horrible and won’t be back. Beyond belief !! Arrived late and wanted to cry. Why can’t a hotel get the small things right ???

  • Absolutely horroble

    Worst hotel I have ever been. Shuttle service from the hotel forgot to pick us up (we stood an hour outside in the cold in the evening and had to call a taxi). When we finally arrived at the hotel we had to wait an half hour just to check in. People were literally fighting over who was next. Super bad service, just absolutely horrible. A nightmare.

  • Tick tick tick 5* service all the way

    I had emailed the hotel to leave some red petals on the bed as a symbol of celebration of love .. along the line I had few issues with my reservation. I honestly had forgotten I requested this to my amazement. They kept to this and went and extra effort to have red balloons as well . Beautiful beautiful beautiful
