The customer service is not open during their opening times and the email respond is a automatic reply.Worst experience with sports subscription ever!!!!

I enrolled with a promo which required an upgrade to get unlimited bookings at a certain gym. Once I did that, magically, the promotion disappeared, and they couldn't do anything to solve the issue. Not worth the money and really bad customer service. Do not use them to book your gym classes abroad.
