    I had the worst experience with this company! I hired them to do an advertised $99.00 dryer vent cleaning which turned into $180 when the guy got here. He also suggested a new vent which I paid for. I discovered that he had used duct tape to attach the vent instead of the included metal clips. Now the glue had disintegrated on the tape and air from the dryer escapes into my laundry room.They refused to fix it because it was past their 30 day warranty and said I should have contacted them sooner even though the supposed "pro" installed it I correctly!A truly shady company!
