    Having always been with British Gas, I switched over to Hometree recently and am glad I did. Booking engineer visits is so much easier, engineer arrived on time and fixed the fault without any problems. Would recommend Hometree to anyone and will stick with them for boiler services and repairs in the future.

    Contacted re request not to send first company selected - this was taken on board and another company allocated the job. The service engineer was in frequent contact pre visit and attended when they said they would. Visit itself went smoothly with no issues.

    Recent problem with boiler which was sorted out very quickly once I spoke to Hometree advisor. Very helpful and polite both advisor and the engineer who attended. Thank you for your quick response
