Creating An Account & Activation

Step 1: Create an account

  • Go to kimola.com
  • Click “Create an account” button in the upper right corner.

  • Write your first and last name in the First name and Last name fields.
  • Write your e-mail address where you want to create your subscription in the "E-mail" field.
  • Write your password you want to use in the “Password” field.
  • Click “Create My Account” button.

Stage 2: Account Activation

It is very important to us that you confirm that your email is correct; because Kimola uses this e-mail address to reach you in relevant cases. So after you create your account, we automatically send a verification link to your registered email address.

Getting activation link:

  • Login to your e-mail address.
  • Go to your Junk/Spam box.
  • Open the e-mail from kimola.com.
  • Click the link in the mail.

If you can’t received the activation code:

  • Go to kimola.com
  • Click on your name in the upper right corner.
  • Click "Account Settings"
  • Click Re-send! on the “Activation Required” screen.
  • Login to your e-mail address.
  • Go to your Junk/Spam box.
  • Click the e-mail from kimola.com
  • Click the link in the mail.

If you don't activate your account:

It is very important to active your account. When you skip the activation process, you cannot be able to change your password, billing information, primary product and your avatar.

  • When Kimola's Customer Success Manager gives you an access, go to kimola.com and sign in again.
