The 'ViCa Vitamin Tracker in Food' app has received mixed reviews from users. While many praise its detailed tracking of vitamins and minerals, as well as its user-friendly interface, others express frustration with its subscription-only model, limited food database, and technical glitches. Common complaints include issues with data preservation after updates, the inability to track certain foods, and a focus on weight loss rather than nutrient intake. Positive feedback highlights its effectiveness in monitoring dietary goals and the convenience of adding custom foods. Overall, the app shows potential but needs improvements in functionality and data management to enhance user experience.

This app has been helpful with determining whether I'm meeting my dietary goals (increasing Ca and Mg and decreasing Na an K, at the moment.) The other diet tracking app I've tried really doesn't even include mineral information beyond sodium. I also appreciate that you can put in quantities by volume for most things--weighing food gets really old, and I'm not good at estimating grams. I wish it had a few more options listed in the prepared foods (crackers and tortillas, for example.)
I thought this was a great app, it keeps track of all the vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins etc in your diet. It's not great for processed food but you can add your own recipes. I even upgraded to the Pro version. But the recent update in February has deleted all my previous months of data, so I can no longer track intakes without starting again. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Hi guys , can u add setting to make a backup data with internet, log in to Facebook or Google and be able to switch data between phones, I lost my last phone and all is gone:(
It has every essential vitamin and mineral! Not just carbs, fats and protein like other apps. So it deserves 5 stars. It needs improvements, but what matters is it works and is simple and useful. Thank you!
It is amazing to keep up with your complete vitamins from food and your macors
A waste of time. It has no food in its data base so you have to create every piece of food to log it - then after spending hours doing this it says you can only create 20 foods.
