    Le site en lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs bien, trĂšs explicite, etc. Mais les restrictions du chat sont trĂšs exagĂ©rĂ©es. On ne peut pas mentionner de chiffres pour nĂ©gocier un prix, ni donner les dimensions, ni envoyer de photos dans le chat. Et encore, je ne sais pas s'il y a d'autres restrictions. Il y a un sommaire des choses qu'on ne peut pas faire, mais ce n'est pas trĂšs clair. Enfin, selon mon avis, la base d'une plateforme de vente, etc., c'est de discuter du prix, des dimensions, etc.

    L’une des pires application
    J’ai rĂ©cemment vendu un article, le colis a Ă©tĂ© perdu et je n’ai reçu aucun remboursement
    Suite à ça j’ai encore vendu un article et les agents signale un problùme car un dustbag serai manquant
    C’est du grand n’importe quoi
    Application de voleur et d’arnaqueur je dĂ©conseille Ă  quiconque souhaitant vendre

    L’application me bannit du chat alors que je questionne un acheteur pour savoir si il a une application (concurrente). Je trouve ça exagĂ©rĂ© surtout venant d’une application qui taxe Ă  10% sur chaque vente.

    L’application est certes un moyen de marchander de maniĂšre sĂ©curisĂ©e (au vu de l’énorme commission, cela me semble ĂȘtre le minimum).
    Je souci Ă©tant que l’application n’a de cesse que de me bloquer des chats alors que je ne fais que rĂ©pondre aux questions posĂ©es ou demander aux intĂ©ressĂ©s si ils ont besoin de renseignements. Comment voulez vous que nous fassions jouer nos compĂ©tences de vendeur si l’on ne peut mĂȘme pas converser aux acheteurs potentiels ? c’est contreproductif tant pour vos business que pour les miens .

    Pour un article Ă  500€ (panier moyen pour produit de luxe) VC prends 100€ au vendeur qui reçoit donc 400€. Et prend Ă©galement 40€ Ă  l’acheteur qui paye 540€. C’est aberrant.
