Pour commencer dès la première conversation je me fait bannir pour 24h juste parce que j’ai placé le mot Vinted et ces égocentrique n’ont pas aimé… et ne parlons pas de la part qui prenne sur tes ventes ! J’ai mis un article à 265€ et il me prenne 35€ dessus… donc je le dit, aller tous chez Vinted il ne prenne 0€ sur vos articles et on est 100% libre !
Le site en lui-même est très bien, très explicite, etc. Mais les restrictions du chat sont très exagérées. On ne peut pas mentionner de chiffres pour négocier un prix, ni donner les dimensions, ni envoyer de photos dans le chat. Et encore, je ne sais pas s'il y a d'autres restrictions. Il y a un sommaire des choses qu'on ne peut pas faire, mais ce n'est pas très clair. Enfin, selon mon avis, la base d'une plateforme de vente, etc., c'est de discuter du prix, des dimensions, etc.

L’application me bannit du chat alors que je questionne un acheteur pour savoir si il a une application (concurrente). Je trouve ça exagéré surtout venant d’une application qui taxe à 10% sur chaque vente.
L’application est certes un moyen de marchander de manière sécurisée (au vu de l’énorme commission, cela me semble être le minimum).
Je souci étant que l’application n’a de cesse que de me bloquer des chats alors que je ne fais que répondre aux questions posées ou demander aux intéressés si ils ont besoin de renseignements. Comment voulez vous que nous fassions jouer nos compétences de vendeur si l’on ne peut même pas converser aux acheteurs potentiels ? c’est contreproductif tant pour vos business que pour les miens .
Pour un article à 500€ (panier moyen pour produit de luxe) VC prends 100€ au vendeur qui reçoit donc 400€. Et prend également 40€ à l’acheteur qui paye 540€. C’est aberrant.
