    Second time in two months . First time was excellent. This time no Carva in my room as ask on reservation. Empty bottles in shower of shampoo and body wash on Sunday morning . Room not delux as excepted

    Room was cold all stay. Payed for dinner twice. Staff did not give enough info about breakfest, dinner, etc. Wellness zone was quite nice. Except that half of the locker locks did not work. And the steam room as well.

  • What is that smell

    I came into my room and it smelled awefull I had no idea where it came from it smelled like a dirty well. The shower head was also dirty and could have been cleaned the room looked nice tho but I'm glad ik gone

  • Worth to stay !!!

    One of the best hotels I have been to lately. Had a comfort room which was awesome. Bar on 16th floor is just spot on. Breakfast buffet got massive range English breakfast included. Definitely come again!!

    Great Hotel. Very nice and friendly service, employees are very competent and supportive. Fancy restaurant. Rooms are very nicely furnished, very good location, price is good as well.The breakfast is very good

    Your Hotel is very good and breakfast is versatile. What I also appreciate is Gym what is open 1.9. I recommend for my friend your hotel and even my colleagues live in your hotel. Location hotel is good near to Lelystad city.
