  • Great hotel

    Lovely clean hotel massive rooms lovely little touches stayed two nights at a Solarlux event. Beds comfortable I was lucky had a quiet room on the back overlooking the water and fountain. Buffet style meals very fresh. Loved creating my own ice cream!

  • Great hotel

    Stayed here for 2 nights from the 11th to 13th November for a conference with work. Hotel staff very friendly with very good food in the restaurant. Conference room we had was also very good. Would stay here again if I was in the area regardless if it was with work or personal.

  • A relaxing place

    My 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. If I pass by I want to spend a few days in the relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly. The rooms are wonderful and so is the food. As General McArthur said, 'I shall return.'

  • Friends and car rally

    Friendly helpful staff at all times. We stay at the Van de Valk every year for a local car rally - plenty of parking available for our trailers and staff very accommodating. See you next year! Thank you

  • good stay, very good food

    just perfect. We were passing trough and stayed here for 1 night. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and as breakfast, could not be better. Room was clean and the bed was soft. Extra pillows are provided for even more comfort.

  • Was looking forward to see

    I was so excited to see the new breakfast , I might be too early, still have hope for my next stay here. Room was perfect as usual all other went well again , so just the breakfast is still a matter to me , looking forward to my next stay.

    When we take part in the steam car tour based at the Melle Auto Museum we always look forward to staying at the Van der Valk,, The quality of the rooms and the meals is excellent, with very friendly English speaking staff. I recommend a visit

  • Lovely hotel!

    A very lovely hotel; full equipped and with internal parking; rooms are big and comfortable as well as bathrooms. Rich breakfast for each preference! The restaurant has a good kitchen, too. Very kind staff at all level.

  • Little disappoint

    Wall-to-wall carpet, no possibility open the window nights, one big single mattress and one quilt! Location perfect! Breakfast very good. Good parking. Last evening a very nice and service minded guy in the restaurant from Hungary.
