Third class experience, do not buy policy from this company..Very poor service
Acko, I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the appalling service provided by your company. Despite making the payment for my new two-wheeler insurance policy, I did not receive the policy for two whole days. This unacceptable delay prevented me from taking timely delivery of my vehicle. Your personnel were completely unhelpful and failed to provide any satisfactory explanation for this delay. It took over 50 phone calls to finally get my policy, and not once did I receive a call back
it is soooo easy to buy Acko insurance but when it comes to claims it is soooooo sooooo difficult to claim (ACKTR11872-C09) when incident happened. Everything has to be done on app but there is absolutely no transperancy.. no trace about previously raised claimed, no email communication. Its all so hidden and secret.
The claim team is unfair and brings new loopholes to not give you insurance money
