I cancelled my order well over a year ago and suddenly got charged $31.71 for something I did not order and have been unable to speak to a person. I did not authorize this payment and I need money back!!!!!!!!!! ASAP
They鈥檙e a bunch of liars. I canceled my subscription after purchasing 2 add ons that were never sent out, messaged them only for them to lie and say they were shipped out. Received something totally different and of cheaper value then they tell you they were out of stock.
I鈥檝e been with boxycharm for about 3 years loved it since they switched to Ipsy it鈥檚 HORRIBLE I鈥檇 rather pay full price not the quality of products and getting repeat products canceled my service won鈥檛 go back unless it goes back to the old boxycharm that was amazing !
