ToDoist, a task-management app, has received mixed reviews from users. While some praise its flexibility, natural language processing, and ease of use, others have criticized its buggy updates and lack of customer support. Some users also find it expensive for what it offers. Despite these drawbacks, many users still consider it the best to-do list app and a game-changer for productivity.

I love trying new productivity apps and rarely write revies, but I have to give this 5 stars. Just try it because it is great.

upgrade should ideally be easier.
It's easy to use, helps keep me organized and paper-free! <3
Todoist used to be good, even if it lacked functionality. With more functionality added the support has not scaled. Currently it's plagued with server syncing issues (making it impossible to use across desktop/mobile/browser). Backups are not showing. Tasks are being lost. Configuration errors are causing people to resubscribe to the app (at additional cost). There's been plenty of issues with timezone support mixed with calendar integration.
It goes from bad to worse... Customer service is asleep at the wheel, and does not respond to issues in a timely way (have waited over 3 days for any response - and only got one after I started to chase heavily). They apologise for not getting back to you, and provide solutions that are not real (article on FAQ site that is only remotely tied to the problem).
It's highly ironic that they talk about the zen of productivity. It really pains me to give it such a low score (and really wish I could go lower) because it used to be good.
This might be the buggiest app I actually pay for. And somehow each release has more bugs.
