    This book interacted with me on a biological level, getting my heart to pump almost as if I were watching him compete live and knew anything about the rules of the specific high level sports he was contesting in. Deep, philosophical, moving. I'm better for having simply read this book. Buy it.

    If your looking for an autobiography of a great success story, this is your book. If your looking to gain insight into how you could improve your situation, then this book is thin. If your 18 years old, this is a book of hope for your future. If your 50 years old, then look elsewhere.
