  • Iā€™ve lived here since last March and I find that the building is quiet, the elevators work well, the staff of the Oliver from the concierges up to including Natalie who was my rental agent have all been great.

  • it was surprised to find such close apartments to my office, well maintaining and office staff are always friendly, quick to respond. loved this place and will always recommend it to others.Pros:Very neat and clean, Well maintained.Friendly Staff.E-bike*Walkable distance to Transit.Cons:Fire Alarm at night :P

  • I want to say a very big thank you to Natalie for making my move in pretty easy and smooth, although my move in gift was not complete šŸ¤£ but that doesnā€™t take away her professionalism and great customer serviceā™„ļøā™„ļø.Overall Oliver is a very good residence with nice neighbours, cool activities and very nice amenities.My only but is that the quality of the building materials should have been better though but I still love the residence.

  • Great location and above average suites. A little noisy as a result of location (itā€™s beside train and high traffic road with emergency vehicles), but the sound insulation is good and noise is manageable. Very happy with selecting the building for my move last year.

Equipped with all modern amenities such as common lounge area, gym, dedicated work place, gaming area and beautiful Patio to party, this is the best downtown experience you can have.
