One of the worst app I have ever used I booked a ticket of a train from Guwahati to Agartala 3rd AC and the amount was 2000 and above (being a middle class this amount is very high). but the train got cancelled because of halflong route after that I waited for my money to be refunded but it didn't then I called customer care to know the reason they talked me so rudely and didn't answered properly I called 3 times but their behaviour is so unprofessional.. Worst customer service ever regretting
App doesn't work it always show username and password wrong customer care did not help. I wasted 2 hours in username but still not settled
Shows my name under Aadhar not verified but if we click Link your aadhar option it says "your profile details are successfully Authenticated with Aadhar. What to do?
We booked our ticket in takkal and our money was gone...we waited a for it to return but till date the money has not been refunded...i humbly request the IRCTC to refund our money back
