Great hotel with great staff. Hilton always at it's best!!
Very conveniently located for the theatre district. Room was fine. Only complaint is that we booked through Airbnb and there was an extra charge for taxes and fees that we weren't informed about.
Food wasn't the best quality or the drinks. We didn't eat our mains or drink our drinks. The chicken tasted rubbery. It was very hard to chew.
Dirty towels, bedsheets and congested rooms. Service was also below par.Rooms: Tiny, dirtyNearby activities: Right on Times Square. Thats the only good thing about this hotel.Walkability: Yes
Great rooms, just steps to time square. Very central to everything. Rooms were comfortable, beds were nice. No noise from the city overnight. Would absolutely stay here again for my next visit
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. For sure a bit small but that's the norm in new york. Excellent location, professional and warm staff. No hidden fees. A great place to stay to explore new york!
