This book was well written but took so many pages to repeat the crime. There were many characters and I had trouble keeping them straight. It was an interesting story.
Magic and grace, as always. The goodness and beauty found in these characters is extraordinary.
Hope this story never ends.
Very good read. After a couple that weren't up to her usual skill, this installment was great. I wondered who did it until the very end. Nice cover art.
Just too many possibilities were hashed around. It made the story much too long and got boring at places. Felt the same way the first time I read it.
Excellent. Louise Penny is my favourite author. Great crime fiction and a great description of the characters and their lives.
I loved this adventure Gamache and his crew/family/friends had. It was fast paced and definitely engaging. I am, however, hoping Jean Guy comes to his senses soon!
