  • Dear General Manager / Room Division Manager / Front Office ManagerI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience.It was a 1-night stay at Ibis Styles Singapore Macpherson with my fiancĂ©e (21/02/2024 – 22/02/2024) Room Number 650 through Agoda. During my stay at your hotel, I encountered a very disappointing moment. I check-out in the morning at 0730HRS for work and my fiancĂ©e is alone in the room. Around 0900HRS my fiancĂ©e called me in a traumatic voice about something that happened. She was showering and suddenly there were knocks on the door and after a few knocks, someone was trying to open the door using an access card. She was scared and she had to just quickly grab a towel in a naked and wet state and rush to the door. She opened the door halfway in that state and two men were standing and looking at her and asked her what time she was planning to check-out. At this moment, the time was only around 0900HRS.After the conversation with the room attendant, my fiancĂ©e called me in a very traumatic and frightened tone to report the incident. Without hesitation, I called the reception to enquire about what had happened and to check on her. The receptionist just called her and apologized without even physically checking on the situation. This is extremely unacceptable. It was only a 1-night stay and why must the housekeeper rush things and initiate an inappropriate action? She is a woman, and anything could happen to her in this situation. This issue greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standards expected of a hotel.As a result of this, I was inconvenienced in numerous ways. These issues not only impacted my stay but also caused my fiancĂ©e significant stress and trauma.Moving forward, I would highly recommend that your hotel take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay. I believe that this is a fair and reasonable request given the significant impact that the issue had on my experience at your hotel. Your hotel should strengthen guest privacy and safety and please investigate it seriously.Overall, I am disappointed with our recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Singapore, and this is the worst. While I appreciate that issues can arise, I believe that it is important to address them quickly and effectively to ensure that guests can be assured that this could be prevented in the future. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address the issue and compensate us for the inconvenience caused and the significant stress and trauma your hotel has caused to my fiancĂ©e. I demand an explanation and action taken on the above incident.Thank you for your attention to this matter and please get back to me as soon as possible.26/02/2024 - Send this email to them.08/03/2024 - Still no update or reply from the management.11/03/2024 - Management responded and assured to contact us.28/03/2024 - It has been 2 weeks and no one from their department has contacted us.   • Menginap selama 3 malam di Ibis Sytle Singapore on Macpherson. Untuk fasilitas kamar baik dan kebersihan juga baik. Pendingin ruang berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar kedap juga memiliki luas yang cukup lebar untuk hotel sekelasnya. Fasilitas di hotel juga lengkap. Harga sangat kompetitif. Pelayanan cukup ramah. Untuk lokasi sendiri dekat dengan beberapa bus stop yang dapat terintegrasi dengan MRT jalur EW (statisun Aljuined), jalur DT (stasiun mattar) dan jalur NE (stasiun Woodleigh). Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk anda yang berpergian untuk kepentingan bisnis atau pekerjaan.Rooms: Kamar memiliki luas yang cukup lebar dikelasnya, kedap, dan bersih. WC tidak dilengkapi faslitias bidet.Walkability: Dapat diakses oleh bus yang terintegrasi dengan layanan MRT

  • Tissue tarik di meja habis ga di refill.Tissue guling di wc habis ga di refill.Semprotan buat closet ga ada.Handuk buat lap tangan, setelah room cleaning, ga dikasih lagi.Kertas bungkus sabun, habis cleaning room jg ga dibuang.Sampah jg ga dibuang.Setelah telp ke receiptionist cukup lama, 30 menit baru dibawain handuk & refill tissue nya.Yg saya suka sofa bed nya, empuk & besar, cocok buat tidur ber 2.Lokasi nya agak kurang, jauh kemana2. Naik MRT jalan cukup jauh, untungnya kalau naik bus cukup banyak pilihannya.
