  • lebih cepet dapet ride dibanding competitor lainnya, tapi buat food service emang agak aneh si. bilang discount 60% kalo join grab unlimited, tapi setelah subscribe cuma diskon 1000 perak. mungkin ada s&k nya, tapi sure tralu diumpetin mungkin ya somewhere. jadi agak scam kesannya.

  • While the app works reasonably OK in Malaysia, in Thailand it is constantly dearer than Bolt. Now I am in Bali, Indonesia. My son has Grab on his phone and he always gets drivers for about half the prices that I get, why? The app doesn't allow to chat with support, nor let's me open a ticket. I've stopped using Grab and now use Gojek. Additionally, I accepted a free Grab unlimited subscription, then I cancelled, but I was still charged for a 1y subscription and they will not refund me.

  • Good app everywhere but Singapore. The drivers accept fares then make you wait 5min and cancel. Only country is SE Asian this happened. Put some protections in for riders, we wasted hours waiting for Grabs that then cancelled and we had to start over again. Extremely disappointed. Also the GPS location errors out all the time.

  • i ordered food, and its ready on the restaurant but the driver is not responding, i've waited an hour, and decide to cancel the order. There should be a system to change driver when problems like this exist.

  • App ads cover the lower portion of the screen. Poor app ecosystem. I don't recommend this service for food delivery.
